WHAT IS NEXT MAN UP: NMU is a mentoring and leadership platform. The initiative was started by seasoned and accomplished executives to assist in guiding the path of up and coming professionals.

WHAT IS OUR PURPOSE: NEXT MAN UP aims to align top leaders in the arts, entertainment, sports and tech industries to support the development of future executives. We will provide professional and personal development coaching to support a mentee's path to success. 

WHO CAN JOIN: NEXT MAN UP is open to ANY male professionals in our targeted industries. Ideally these candidates are in the earlier stages of their careers but all are welcome to apply. 

DO I HAVE TO WORK IN THESE INDUSTRIES TO JOIN: Yes, NEXT MAN UP is designed to address professional growth in specific industries. In a concerted effort to best utilize the resources of our mentors/coaches we are purposefully targeting their industries of expertise and influence.

WHY IS NEXT MAN UP FOR MEN ONLY: NEXT MAN UP was created as a support system by male leaders already providing guidance and support to less experienced executives. We decided to address a clear need with a more formal process inspired by a similar program created for our female counterparts with whom we are aligned and support our vision.

IS THERE AN ENTRY FEE OR APPLICATION PROCESS: There is no entry fee but there is an application process including a brief interview. 

WHO ARE THE COACHES/MENTORS: Our coaches/mentors are some of the preeminent professionals in their respective industries. These include managers, entrepreneurs and C-Suite executives.
